The Telekom Austria Group has the highest demands on innovation and quality combining it with sustainability. We take our role as a sustainable innovation and quality leader very seriously. We develop "sustainable innovations" together with our customers and stakeholders. "Sustainable quality" is the guarantee for a very good today and an even better tomorrow.

CSR at the Telekom Austria Group combines our core business with the main aspects of the triple bottom line: people, planet and profit. We integrate economic, ecological and social aspects into our activities.

The basis for this is a recently set up CSR management that addresses the main departments of our company along the value chain. In the Telekom Austria Group CSR flows from top to bottom, from inside to outside. Individual responsibility is a key characteristic of our corporate culture. Responsibility, of course, that is set down in rules and behavioral guidelines.

Yet we go one step further: We make our employees CSR ambassadors. By creating awareness for CSR, through internal campaigns, by giving everyone the opportunity to propose sustainable ideas and to actively participate in CSR activities. Our initiatives and memberships round off our understanding of CSR.
