360 degrees is our goal. We take an "overall glance" at our customers, at their needs, wishes and expectations. So that we can satisfy them: today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. For only when our customers are 100% satisfied are we satisfied, too.

In Austria up to 53,000 customer telephone queries reach us daily. Our task is to take care of them all as well as possible. We can only do this with a very good staff that has a broad range of knowledge. In the business area we are working on ensuring that each customer has a direct contact.

Answers to all the technological questions, regardless of the network - that is our goal in Austria as well as in selected markets. In Austria, Bulgaria and Croatia we are already integrated providers of mobile and fixed net services. Everything from one source, this ideology drives us and we strive for best servicing our customers.

We live in a digital world: Twitter, Facebook & Co are our home country. We level digital paths and integrate safety measures – that is our way of accompanying our customers perfectly. In Macedonia our company was chosen the best Twitter company in the country and the best social media company. In 2010 in Austria we launched the eForum "customers help customers" on Facebook. For technical queries customers support each other through knowledge, accompanied and supplemented by experts from the company. This is how a perfect knowledge data base evolves.
