Corporate Governance Code
A corporate governance code is a body of rules and regulations for the responsible management and control of a company. Telekom Austria has announced its voluntary compliance with the Austrian Corporate Governance Code.Sarbanes Oxley Act
As a result of the trading on the New York Stock Exchange Telekom Austria was subject to both Austrian and U.S. stock exchange laws and regulations.In May 2007 Telekom Austria delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. Therefore Telekom Austria is not subject to US reporting requirements anymore.
