Children´s Safety
A1 is committed to ensuring that children and young people use their pocket money responsibly in connection with mobile phones. If they run up a bill that significantly exceeds the usual amount, young users receive an SMS alert, in extreme cases, the mobile contract is blocked for their own protection. Vipnet in Croatia has developed special offers for young people. The actual (postpaid) contract has a spending limit, which can be exceeded by purchasing credit with a prepaid voucher. Young people who significantly exceed their average costs also receive a warning.
