For the Telekom Austria Group it is self-evident that legal guidelines are embedded in distinct and clear processes. For us corporate governance is much more than purely implementing rules and regulations. It is a question of our internal culture: What values are important to us? What ethical principles guide our actions? How can we protect our principles from attack from inside and outside? Three attributes guide us in answering these questions, and they reflect our attitude: honest, fair and transparent.
