Where can top managers try out new approaches in leadership and employee retention? In the Telekom Austria Group Business School (= TAG Business School). Founded in 2010 for the best people in our company. The TAG Business School provides for an exchange of views, networks the employees in the Group and offers a platform to try out new approaches. In a pleasant, modern atmosphere it awakens interest in each participant to expand into new areas of knowledge.
The Telekom Austria Group Business School offers the following:
- Open courses for all employees. Here the participants get insight into the world of change management, they learn to recognize the potential of CSR and acquire knowledge in corporate finance, as well as learn how to implement this know-how successfully.
- The Master Business Program is tailored to special target groups; innovation and leadership are two of these focal points.
- Young talents with expert status can be taken into a program for young potentials who are assessed and then selected. Those in the program have the opportunity to rotate jobs within the Telekom Austria Group and are assigned a mentor, who helps plan further career steps.
- Talented young employees with management experience can learn from examples from other companies, deepen knowledge in strategic questions, receive accompanying coaching, and thus should be able to take over increased responsibility.
- Even the executive management is served by the TAG Business School. Intriguing new approaches from outside our own organization are brought into the company.
