Effective May 17, 2007 Telekom Austria withdrew its listing from the New York stock exchange. Its American Depository Receipts (ADR) will continue to trade over-the-counter under a level I ADR Program starting May 17, 2007.
With an average daily trading volume of around 2 million shares and a stock exchange turnover of approximately EUR 11.2 billion, the Telekom Austria share was one of the most heavily traded issues on the Vienna Stock Exchange in 2008.
