Stock Options 2000
Telekom Austria established its first Stock Option Program on the occasion of its IPO in the year 2000.
This was exercised in February 2004 when the targeted criteria was reached, i.e. a share price rise of 30 % compared to the price at the time of the IPO in November 2000 of EUR 9.
