Appointment of New Supervisory Board members of Telekom Austria AG (Ad hoc Release)
(Vienna, 28.06.2001) – Telekom Austria AG (VSE: TKS, NYSE: TKA) announced today during its shareholders' meeting the following changes in the membership of the Supervisory Board:
Giulia Nobili, Johannes Ditz, Rudolf Streicher and Oscar Cicchetti have terminated their mandate with the Supervisory Board taking effect from today's shareholders' meeting.
The newly elected members are:
- Edith Hlawati
- Peter Michaelis
- Enzo Badalotti and
- Marco De Benedetti
