Announcement According to § 93 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act
Vienna, January 22, 2010: The Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) has been informed that the shareholding of Capital Research and Management Company as of January 20, 2010 was 67,039,703 shares or 15.13% of the outstanding shares.
At the last disclosure on April 7, 2009 the stake of Capital Research and Management Company was 10.01% of the outstanding shares.
Under Austrian law a company needs to announce if the stake of a shareholder exceeds or falls below a specific level (e.g. 15%).
