Boris Nemsic Resigns as Chief Executive Officer of the Telekom Austria Group (Ad hoc Release)
Vienna, March 2, 2009: The Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) today announced that Boris Nemsic will resign as Chief Executive Officer of the Telekom Austria Group and Chief Executive Officer of mobilkom austria AG as of March 31, 2009 to take on the position of Chief Executive Officer of VimpelCom in Russia.
Vienna, March 2, 2009: The Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) today announced that Boris Nemsic will resign as Chief Executive Officer of the Telekom Austria Group and Chief Executive Officer of mobilkom austria AG as of March 31, 2009 to take on the position of Chief Executive Officer of VimpelCom in Russia.
Boris Nemsic, who has been Chief Executive Officer of the Telekom Austria Group since 2006 has informed the chairing committee of the supervisory board of his resignation as of March 31, 2009.

The supervisory board will convene in due course to take on its responsibility to designate a successor,” states Peter Michaelis, Head of the supervisory board of the Telekom Austria Group.
