For non-American companies that list on an American stock exchange, special publication regulations apply.

Non-American companies must provide an annual report as Form 20-F. Form 20-F contains additional and detailed information from the annual report.

Following deregistration from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as of May 2007, the filing of the form F 20 will be suspended starting from the year 2007.
