On July 22, 2003 Telekom Austria issued its first bond with a volume of EUR 750 million. It has a term of 10 years with a 5% coupon. The bond is listed on the Luxemburg and Vienna stock exchanges.
In January 2005 two additional bonds were issued. Both have volumes of EUR 500 million and are listed on the Luxemburg and Vienna stock exchanges. The bonds differ only in their terms and coupons. The bond with a 5-year term has a coupon of 3.375%, the bond with a 12-year term a coupon of 4.25%.
