Corporate Governace Evaluation
Telekom Austria has made its compliance to the Austrian Corporate Governance Code the subject of an external evaluation.
The external evaluation by the KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft found no circumstances that contradicted the declarations made by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Telekom Austria concerning compliance with the provisions of the Austrian Corporate Governance Code.
