Compliance
The term compliance means to act in accordance with current law. In this spirit, the Compliance Guidelines act as internal regulations to implement legal provisions according to securities and stock market law.
In order to prevent the misuse or distribution of insider information, Telekom Austria AG has issued compliance guidelines for the Group.
Classified units have been defined within the Telekom Austria Group. By issuing the corporate bond, Telekom Finanzmanagement GmbH became a separate classified unit within the compliance organization of the Telekom Austria Group.
The Telekom Austria Group holds regular workshops for managers and employees who work in classified units to promote a strong understanding of compliance.
Specific blackout periods prior to the announcement of annual and quarterly results, which exceed the legal requirements of the Issuers Compliance Regulations, as well as organizational measures in the area of IT security, documentation and the distribution of sensitive data are designed to prevent the misuse of insider information.
Trading of Telekom Austria shares by the members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board is reported to financial market supervisory authorities, but also published on the 
website of the financial market supervisory authorities in accordance with the Austrian Corporate Governance Code.
