Recommendation by the Supervisory Board for the Election of the Auditor
The Supervisory Board proposes to the Annual General Meeting according to § 270 Sect. 1 of the Austrian Commercial Code, based on the recommendation by the Audit Committee, to elect KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Wien as the Company Auditor and Group Auditor of Telekom Austria Group for the financial year of 2009.
